Connection Phenotypes
A connection phenotype includes a set of decimal
repertoire equations (DREs), standardized, and displayed as a
continuous frequency distribution. These curves summarize the
connectivity of phenotypes in health, disease, and experimental settings. In the report, connection phenotypes suggest that
biology routinely creates new phenotypes by changing both the proportions
and the amounts of its parts.
The module includes a comprehensive set of tools for generating and
interpreting connection phenotypes. An orderly array of picture
buttons streamlines the process by calling programs or displaying
worksheets. Worksheets are available with the software as .pdf,
.doc, .docx, .xls, and .xlsx files. The Read button displays a
worked example, taking the reader step-by-step through the
process of assembling and interpreting a connection phenotype.
